Feedback Data:

• Feedback Content: The anonymous messages submitted through your links
• Submission Timestamp: When feedback was submitted (no user identification)

What We DON'T Collect from Feedback Providers:

• ❌ No IP addresses
• ❌ No browser fingerprints
• ❌ No tracking cookies
• ❌ No personal identification
• ❌ No user accounts required

2. How We Use Your Information

Account Data:

• Authenticate your access to the platform
• Display your feedback links in your dashboard
• Send important service updates (rarely, and only when necessary)
• Provide customer support when you contact us

Feedback Data:

• Display anonymous feedback to the link creator
• Provide feedback export functionality
• Calculate feedback statistics (total comments per link)

3. Data Sharing

We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties.

The only exception is:

• Public Links: If you choose to make a feedback link public, the link title and creator name will be visible in our public directory
• Legal Compliance: If required by law enforcement with proper legal documentation

Anonymous Feedback: Feedback content is only visible to the person who created the feedback link. We cannot and do not identify who submitted specific feedback.

4. Data Security

• Encryption: All data transmission uses SSL/TLS encryption
