FeedbackAnon
Create anonymous feedback forms and collect responses securely. Get honest feedback from your users, employees, or customers without revealing their identity. No login required - we don't store any personal information.
How It Works
Simple three-step process to create and share your anonymous feedback form.
Create Your Form
Add your questions, set optional password protection, and submit. Takes about 2 minutes.
Get Two Unique Links
Receive a randomly generated management link and a public link. Save both - there's no account to retrieve them later.
Share & Collect
Share the public link. Respondents fill out the form without logging in. View all responses via your management link.
What You'll Receive:
Truly Anonymous
No IP logging, no cookies, no tracking scripts. Responses are stored with zero identifying information.
No Account System
We don't have user accounts. You access your form via unique URLs. No emails, passwords, or profiles to manage.
Simple & Fast
Create a form in 2 minutes. No tutorial needed. Just add questions and share the link.
Form Creation
When you create a form, we generate two long, randomly generated access links one for managing the form and one for collecting responses. These links are 64 and 128 characters long and act as your private access keys. They are created automatically and are not associated with any account or personal identity. Your form content (title, description, and questions) is stored without any identifying information about who created it.
Response Collection
When someone submits feedback through the public link, we store only the answers they choose to provide. We intentionally avoid collecting information that could identify respondents, such as device details, network identifiers, or behavioral metadata. Responses are linked only to the form itself and not to any individual person.
Access Control
The management link is the only way to view form responses. Anyone who has this link can access the data; anyone who does not cannot. There are no accounts, recovery mechanisms, or ownership records. If the management link is lost, the form data becomes inaccessible to everyone.
Data Storage
All form and response data is stored securely using industry-standard protection practices. Stored data remains isolated and inaccessible without the correct access link. We do not analyze responses, share data with third parties, or use your data for any purpose beyond allowing you to access it through your management link.
Optional Password Protection
If you enable password protection, an additional verification step is required before accessing the admin part of the form. Passwords are never stored in readable form and are verified securely on our servers. This provides an extra layer of protection without compromising the anonymous design of the platform.
Workplace Feedback
Collect anonymous employee feedback about management, workplace culture, or organizational changes. When people know their responses cannot be traced back to them, they are more likely to share honest input that leads to meaningful improvements.
Customer Surveys
Gather unfiltered product or service feedback without requiring accounts or personal details. Anonymous surveys often reveal issues and insights that customers might not share through traditional channels.
Course Evaluations
Allow students to evaluate instructors and course content without fear of repercussions. Anonymity removes social pressure and leads to more honest, constructive feedback.
Event Feedback
Collect post-event feedback from attendees in a way that encourages honesty. Anonymous submissions help surface real improvements rather than polite responses.
Access Link Design
Each form is assigned two independent access links one for public submissions and one for management. These links are intentionally long and unguessable, serving as the sole method of access to the form and its responses.
Data Organization
Form definitions and responses are stored separately to maintain isolation between creation and submission activity. We do not maintain user profiles, ownership records, or session histories. Possession of the correct access link is the only requirement for access.
Anonymity by Design
The platform is built without common tracking mechanisms. There are no analytics scripts, identifying cookies, or behavioral tracking tools. Submissions cannot be linked back to creators, and we cannot determine who submitted a response.
Security Approach
We combine strong access links, optional password protection, secure connections, and protected storage to keep data safe. The system is designed so that users do not need to trust us with personal identities in the first place.
Why Anonymity Matters 💭
People share more honest feedback when they don't fear consequences. With FeedbackAnon, respondents know they're completely anonymous.
Real, Honest Feedback
When responses can't be traced to individuals, people open up. You get genuine input instead of politically correct answers or people holding back for fear of judgement.
Power Imbalances Disappear
An employee evaluating their boss, a student reviewing their professor, a customer criticizing a product manager—anonymity levels the playing field so the feedback is about the work, not the relationship.
Signal Over Noise
Without anonymity, you get polite responses. With it, you get actionable insights about what's really broken, what's working, and where to focus your energy for real improvement.
Protection from Retaliation
In sensitive environments, people worry about backlash. Anonymous feedback lets employees raise concerns about management, safety, or culture without risking their jobs or relationships.
Better Organizational Health
Teams that create safe spaces for anonymous feedback tend to be healthier. People feel heard, problems get identified earlier, and leaders get the reality check they need to actually improve things.
Faster Decision Making
With honest feedback, you don't waste time trying to read between the lines or wondering what people really think. You get the truth, so you can make better decisions faster.

Questions People Ask ❓
Here are answers to the most common questions about FeedbackAnon.
Can I add password protection?
Yes! When creating your form, you can set an optional password. This adds an extra security layer to prevent unauthorized access to your form's responses.
Will the links work forever?
We keep forms indefinitely, as long as we're operating. But we can't guarantee eternal uptime—always keep a backup of your links just in case. No online service is forever.
Is my data really anonymous?
Yes. We don't collect IPs, device info, or anything identifying. Responses are tied only to the form itself. Check our Privacy Policy for all the technical details.
Can I delete a form?
Not directly through the UI yet, but you can contact us. We take deletion requests seriously and can remove your data if needed. There's a reason we exist—we respect privacy.
Can respondents edit their answers?
Nope. Once submitted, responses are final. This prevents tampering and keeps the data clean. It also means respondents need to think through their feedback before hitting submit.
Can I download my responses?
You can view all responses in your management panel. Export/download features are being considered—let us know if you need this by sending a message through our contact form!
